Paolo Boero, Principal

After more than six years working in finance in New York City, Paolo moved to Austin because of the many opportunities in the Central Texas real estate market, and to refine his business skills as a full time MBA candidate.

Prior to founding Old Three Hundred Capital, Paolo worked on Wall Street for one of the world's largest investment banks, and later in the private equity/leveraged debt division of a New York City hedge fund with more than $20 billion under management.

Paolo holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, with a concentration in real estate finance and entrepreneurship. He graduated from Dickinson College with a BS in economics.

William Gottfried, Esq., Principal

A 15 year resident of Austin with longstanding family ties to the city, Will brings an unrivaled understanding of Austin's history and what is driving its rapid growth.

Prior to founding Old Three Hundred Capital, Will worked as an associate for a mid-sized law firm with offices in Dallas and Austin, focusing on real estate transactions and construction litigation.

Will is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Texas, with a specialization in real estate. Will holds a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, and a BA in History from Tulane University.

Nicholas Yarnall, Principal

Nick is a veteran of the real estate industry who began his career on the East Coast before being drawn to the entrepreneurial spirit of Austin, where he now runs Old Three Hundred's investment sales brokerage.

Prior to founding Old Three Hundred Capital, Nick worked as a real estate agent for New York City's largest residential brokerage. Nick later moved to a private fund in Baltimore where his responsibilities included acquisitions, construction, asset management, structured partnerships, financing, and private lending for the city's leading single-family investment group.

Nick is a licensed real estate broker, and member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Young Men's Business League of Austin, and San Antonio Board of Realtors. He graduated with a BA in economics from Rollins College, and completed graduate course work in real estate from the University of Maryland.
